Modern Powder Coating Facility

Omega Prestige Coaters operates from a modern powder coating facility in Salisbury Plain, South Australia, designed to deliver efficient production, consistent coating quality, and reliable turnaround times for both commercial and residential projects.

The facility is equipped with two overhead conveyor powder coating lines, allowing products to move efficiently through the preparation, coating, and curing stages. This setup supports consistent coating results while enabling the team to process both small jobs and larger production runs.

Conveyor Ovens

Omega Prestige Coaters operates two large conveyor curing ovens, ensuring coatings are properly cured for durability and performance.

  • 20 m (L) × 1 m (W) × 2.1 m (H)

  • 20 m (L) × 1 m (W) × 2.5 m (H)

These ovens operate at approximately 200°C, providing the correct curing conditions required for high-performance powder coatings and consistent finish quality.

Aluminium Pretreatment System

To maximise coating performance, Omega Prestige Coaters uses a six-stage pretreatment process specifically designed to chrome convert aluminium products. Proper pretreatment is essential for improving powder adhesion, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability.

The pretreatment system can process aluminium materials up to approximately:

  • 8 m length

  • 800mm width

  • 2.4 m height

This capability allows the company to coat a wide range of aluminium components used in construction, fabrication, and manufacturing.

Controlled Spray Booth Environment

The facility also includes fully enclosed powder spray booths, which help maintain a clean and controlled application environment, ensuring an even coating and professional finish across all products.
